Paying an invoice

We can accept secure online payments, which provide a convenient and simple method to pay in full for services invoiced by either Northern Powergrid (Northeast) Limited or Northern Powergrid (Yorkshire) plc the distribution companies owned by Northern Powergrid.

Currently, if you wish to pay an Enquiry/Quotation, or would like to make a part payment on an Invoice, you need to make this payment over the phone with a member of our team. Please call 0800 0289500.

If you have an Invoice you would like to pay in full, you can do this via our web payments system. To make an online payment you will need:

The Northern Powergrid (Northeast) Limited or Northern Powergrid (Yorkshire) plc invoice (or reminder for an invoice) issued by Northern Powergrid.
Your credit or debit card payment details.
A valid email address so that we can send you a copy of the receipted transaction
