EHV connections are bespoke and are designed individually. When the design is complete we will send you a functional specification that describes the proposed connection and also differentiate between the non-contestable and the contestable elements. For the contestable elements the specification will show how we would undertake the connection if you want us to undertake the contestable work. If you chose to use a third party to undertake the connection, they do not have to use our proposed design, but would have to meet our design standards and ensure compatibility with the proposed non-contestable elements.
