We are responsible for providing a safe and reliable electricity supply to all of our customers, but occasionally power cuts do happen. When they do we aim to restore your power as quickly as possible.
Why is my power off?
If there is a known power cut in your area, our power cut checker will help you find out why the power is off, if not you can contact us on one of our emergency telephone numbers and we will be able to help you.

If you rely on electricity for medical equipment, or have other special needs we understand that a power cut can be worrying.
We like to keep contact information for our customers who are most vulnerable in the event of a power cut, although this doesn’t necessarily mean we can restore your power more quickly; it means we can offer you additional support. Please either register online or telephone us on 0800 169 2996.
