Priority Service Customers
Customers with additional requirements such as elderly, chronically or disabled people or those that are medically dependent on electricity can register for priority treatment in the event of power interruptions. Please either register online or telephone us on 0800 169 2996 between 8:30am and 4:45pm, Monday to Friday.
