The link below can be used to request a refund if you wish to cancel a job that has not started and you have already paid in advance, for various types of work, which have an Enquiry number such as, Disconnections, Diversions, New Connections, and Service Alterations.
For any other type of work that does not have an Enquiry number please use the Contact Us option on the Home page.
