The Incentive on Connections Engagement (ICE) encourages network operators to provide high levels of service for larger connections customers. Each year we publish a detailed work plan of service improvement actions. Our ICE plans are developed together with our connections stakeholders and all our improvement actions are derived from their suggestions and feedback.
