It is now simpler than ever to report a power cut. If you want to report a power cut call...
Partnering communities
When a power cut happens it can intensify existing vulnerabilities for the individuals and communities you work with. As trusted organisations within your communities we want to work closely with you to reach out and offer them the support they need. With input from over 85 local partners we have produced a number of materials for our partners to use, offering advice on keeping warm, staying safe and keeping bills down. We have also redesigned the materials to encourage vulnerable customers to sign up to our Priority Services Membership, ensuring they get the support they need, when they need it.
Thank you for working with us and do let us know if you have any feedback on the materials, if you need any further information or if you just want to let us know how you’re using the materials to support your communities. Email: communications@northernpowergrid.com
All our partner materials are available to download and print copies can be ordered by completing the order form.
