Our email address for reimbursement claims (StormMalik@NorthernPowergrid.com) is no longer active for any new reimbursement claims. The last date to submit a new reimbursement claim online was 29 April 2022 and as such, we are no longer accepting any new claims for reimbursement. Emails relating to existing reimbursement claims made before 29 April 2022 will still be responded to within 10 working days, however, any queries relating to Guaranteed Standards compensation must be sent to compensation-queries@northernpowergrid.com.
